This is the only book Tony Robbins reads every year.

Please note this is an action-oriented book. Many people read this, but never fully implement it.

Weekly Pod Calls!
This is where shift happens.
Weekly you’ll meet with your pod.
- This is 8-10 people on your team and your facilitator.
- Pods are cleverly matched based on factors such as Myers-Briggs, the DISC Profile, Yearly Outcomes, and Lifestyles.
- Each week 2-3 people will be on the “Hot Seat.”
What happens on our calls?
Every call has three parts: a chapter discussion, a seminar topic review, and hot seats.
What's "The Hot Seat"?
Hot Seats are the heart of mastermind.
When it’s your turn on the hot seat...
- You’ll share a challenge or obstacle that you’re currently overcoming. Where are you getting stuck?
- The pod will ask questions, give suggestions, and provide strategies.
- It’s on you to declare an action step. The entire pod, but especially your hand-picked facilitator, will hold you hella accountable.

Frequently Asked Questions
We use an online video conferencing system called Zoom. It’s free and available via computer or mobile app.
We take matching the groups and their facilitator really seriously. We use your Meyers-Briggs Results, DISC Results, goals, lifestyle markers, and of course availability. This is both a scientific and intuitive process.
Each weekly call has three main segments.
- A topic relevant to your seminar for review.
- Discussion of the weekly chapter of Think + Grow Rich.
- Hot Seats where you or an Ally will share a current challenge, and your entire pod will share ideas to help you overcome that challenge.
When you enroll in this mastermind, you're agreeing to show up for yourself and your team.
It's assumed that when you receive the time for your pod calls, after the matching process, you'll mark it in your calendar and be present!
We believe in Triple Win.
If within 4 weeks of your initial investment you decide that it’s not a good fit, you will receive a prorated refund.
If after 4 weeks of your initial investment you decide that it’s not a good fit, you are not eligible for a refund. Any future payments will continue to be collected.
We meet up at personal growth events that many of us attend. If we have a sizable number in attendance we’ll host our own event before or after.
We also often share accommodations/housing at these events.
The first Alliance Mastermind LIVE! one-day event is on June 21 in Chicago, IL.
Executive members are matched with executive members. VIP members are matched with VIP members.
VIPs receive extra bonuses : a one-on-one call and a ticket to The Alliance LIVE! in Chicago in June 2019.
