When it's your turn in the hot seat...
- You’ll share a challenge or obstacle that you’re currently overcoming. Where are you getting stuck?
- The pod will ask questions, give suggestions, and provide strategies.
- It’s on you to declare an action step. The entire pod, but especially your hand-picked facilitator, will hold you hella accountable.

We use an online video conferencing system called Zoom. It’s free and available via computer or mobile app.
Each weekly POD Learning Call has three main segments.
- A topic relevant to your seminar for review.
- Discussion of the weekly chapter of Think + Grow Rich.
- If time remains, Hot Seats where you or an Ally will share a current challenge, and your entire pod will share ideas to help you overcome that challenge.
Each weekly HOTSEAT Call is all about Hotseats : members will share a current challenge and the entire team will share ideas to help you overcome that challenge.
When you enroll in this mastermind, you're agreeing to show up for yourself and your team.
It's assumed that when you receive the time for your pod calls, after the matching process, you'll mark it in your calendar and be present!
