Coaching

Coaching is one-on-one targeted feedback usually once a week or every other week.

This is for people who want a high level of accountability with someone who's an expert in what you're trying to learn. Because of their experience, they can cut through your sticking points very quickly. 

My experience? I have a coach. We've worked together for year. Her name is Christina Moffett. You should definitely check her out. (Like, seriously.)

Group Coaching

This is a program that's given LIVE to a group.

It's similar to an online course, but delivered live with a group of people giving you the opportunity to ask questions and spend time with the coach. 

This is great for people who want a targeted experience for a specific outcome that their expert coach has achieved. There is less individualization, but also usually a lower investment. 

Online Courses

This is a class that you take online. The expert presents via video, and you receive the content.

The latest course completion rate I've seen is 3%.

You can see why investing in a coach / group coach / mastermind is an excellent idea. You get to show up LIVE. You get to be held accountable! 

Mastermind

Mastermind is implementing and integrating with the powerful element of peer group.

There is no expert or guru. It's about coming together with shoulder-to-shoulder peers to help people each other grow. You get to contribute and collaborate as well as receive guidance and support.

For example, I'm in a group with 4 people. Tara is super health oriented. Todd is a business badass. Jodi has excellent investments. Charles is in an amazing relationship.

In this mastermind, when I get stuck, there is always someone there to help me with first-hand experience in success.
