T Minus 2 Weeks to Launch.

This Week’s Build 

✅Wrote the Sales Emails. 

The Sales Emails were surprisingly easy. Why? Because I have other people’s sales emails to model.

It’s a speeder upper for sure. All of our Course Complete Students will get my personal Beta Launch Blueprint. Happy to be your speeder upper! :) 

✅Finalized the Launch Timeline.

I finalized my Launch Start Date eons ago… well not eons, but months. But hadn’t solidified all of the open/close cart dates. 

Here’s the general timeline for a beta launch like mine…

1️⃣Open Cart Date for the Waitlist (This is July 22nd for me!)

This is the day when people on the waitlist have the opportunity to claim their spot. The early access for any launch with a limited number of seats (like how I’m only opening 20 spots) has a lot of natural urgency to it. 

2️⃣Last Waitlist-Only Date

This is the last day the folks on the waitlist have a chance to get their spot before it opens to the public. Ideally, if you have a limited number of seats, they ALL get filled by folks on the waitlist. That would mean you don’t have to open to the public. 

3️⃣Open Cart Date for the Public

This is the first day of promotion for the entire audience, whether or not they’re on your waitlist. 

4️⃣Close Cart Date for the Public

This is the day the cart is closed, meaning the offer is no longer available for anyone until the next time it launches.

💵The Price of My New Program

I went to Montana last weekend to celebrate my girl Morgan’s Bachelorette party. We were driving through God’s Country, talking about business, and I shared about this offer.

And we get to the question. You know THE question. The one that everyone wants to know. Here’s how it went…

Morgan:
So it’s like a group container?

Me:
Yes. Big result — you have your course built, done and ready to sell using all of our agency AI Tools for speed.
But I’m also including my two beta launch pathways — you know, the 1:1 market research option and the classic waitlist launch situation.

Morgan:
Omg I wish that was around when I launched my first program. It would have saved me so much time. Haha.
How many people are you taking?

Me:
Just 20. You know the deal with a beta - not looking for quantity, but quality. It’s all about creating successful students.

Morgan:
Yep. So how much is it?

Me:
$997

Morgan:
Jasmine, seriously. That’s so underpriced. That’s a program they can use over and over again. Like every time they build a new program, they can use it. So much value!
And, what you’ll eventually sell for $1997 after the beta?

Me:
Yeah, that’s the plan.

 

🙈Pricing Mistakes People Make in Beta Launches

When it comes to beta, I keep reminding myself to do this, not that… such as…

  • ❌Don’t make revenue your beta launch goal. That’s short-term thinking.
  • ✅Do make successful students your beta launch goal. That’s long-term winning. 

 

  • ❌Don’t determine your price based on what you “think” it’s worth. At the end of the day, it’s about what your students think it’s worth.
  • ✅Do give 10X the value of your price. I have the conviction that my clients will earn AT LEAST $10K based on our work together. Check it out for yourself with our Course ROI Calculator.

 

  • ❌Don’t determine your price based on what you see other people charging. You never actually know how successful they are, when they started, etc. You’re missing context.
  • ✅Do use other people’s program pricing as a data point. If everyone else is charging $5K for similar program promises for a similar audience as yours, and you want to charge $500… or vice versa… Houston, we have a problem.
